*Proper/Valid identification and all documentation must be present at the time of your appointment. If not, then I am legally required to decline service.

*When you book an appointment to receive notary services, you assume full responsibility to cover travel/convenience fee for having the notary come out to your location. If notarization does not take place for any reason, (expired ID, lost of missing documents) you are still responsible for the fee.

*If you need to reschedule once the notary has arrived, you will be charged a $10 fee.*
